Another opportunity to own a fraction of paradise comes from Club
Intrawest, a division of Vancouver-based Intrawest Corp. at its newest
resort in Zihuatanejo, Mexico.
Although a long way from Canada, the same principal of shared ownership
will apply to the 12 villas on the beach of this yet mostly undiscovered
fishing village on Mexico's Pacific Coast, said sales person Laurel
Marks. Starting at about $100,000 U.S., purchasers will get deeded
one-ninth-ownership in the two-bedroom, three- bath or three-bedroom
four-bath villas which come complete with private plunge pools, computer
work stations and gourmet kitchens.
Purchasers will have access to the Club Intrawest Resort's swimming
pools, restaurants and the services of a beach concierge.
