LONG TRAIL HOUSE
Based on the forms and details of New England’s native architecture, Long Trail House’s clapboard design was inspired by Vermont’s historic “summit houses”. Spend a summer morning on the golf course, or a fall afternoon horseback riding or mountain biking down a wooded single track. Enjoy winter at its pristine best – skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and inhaling crisp Vermont mountain air. Here, every season comes together to create the perfect mountain experience.

SOLSTICE
Solstice, as the name suggests, is about time, rebirth, recharging and alignment. Tucked away amongst the birch trees on the sunny side of the mountain, Solstice is quiet, yet close to the village activity. Street performers, entertainment, shops and restaurants animate the village square. To brush up on your backhand check out the Gunterman Tennis School – ranked one of the Top 30 in North America by Tennis Magazine. Or, visit the Stratton Golf School, where you can play the 27-hole championship course, home to six LPGA tour events. Solstice is about rediscovering your passion.

SNOWBRIDGE
With its private townhomes cradling the slopes of Stratton, this small enclave embodies classic New England tradition – part clapboard cottage, part meeting house and part rural outbuilding. While the accommodations at Snowbridge may tempt you to stay inside, you don’t just visit Stratton, you live it. Whether it’s the white of winter, the pink of spring, the green of summer, or the gold and crimson of fall, you won’t want to miss a beat. Skier, snowboarder, hiker, skater, cyclist, golfer, tennis player, fly-fisherman, naturalist or excursionist – Snowbridge at Stratton is a natural hub of activity for those who live for a great time in the outdoors.

STRATTON SPRINGS
Set in a beautifully landscaped setting, the resort Homes of Stratton Springs are accented with low stone walls, ponds, a gazebo and stream. The heart of this residential community is the central garden where a stone path meanders through northern hardwoods, lush plants and ponds. Informal gatherings of Adirondack chairs provide quiet places for reflection. Stratton Springs is just steps away from Stratton’s Sports Center, with indoor and outdoor tennis, racquetball, squash, a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna and hot tubs. Stratton Springs is rest and relaxation.

RISING BEAR LODGE
Located in the heart of the resort, the newest addition to the Commons community is just a walk to the lifts and Village shops and restaurants. The units have a generous living area and the interior details are reflective of lodge inspiration.
